Dr. Lorin S. Oden

Board Certified Audiologist

Lorin S. Oden, Au.D. is an audiologist and Dr. Cliff Approved Provider providing hearing aids, hearing tests, and other audiology services in Salisbury, NC.

Dr. Lorin S. Oden, originally from the Chicago area, received her Bachelor of Science degree in 1983, her Master's degree in Audiology in 1985 and her doctorate in 2009. Dr. Oden worked for a major hearing device manufacturer and Carolina ENT Specialists in Concord before opening Hearing Solutions of North Carolina. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, Board Certified in Audiology, licensed by the state of North Carolina as an audiologist and dispenser of hearing devices. Dr. Oden resides on High Rock Lake in Salisbury with her husband Mark. The Odens have a son and daughter-in-law who live in Winston-Salem and a son who lives in Salisbury.

Dr. Sadie L. Mussler, originally from Raleigh, NC, received her Bachelor of Science degree in 2018, and her doctorate of Audiology in 2023. Dr. Mussler completed clinical rotations through a variety of different practice settings before joining Hearing Solutions in June 2023. Dr. Mussler is licensed by the state of North Carolina as an audiologist and dispenser of hearing devices. Dr. Mussler resides in Salisbury with her husband Michael, and two cats.

Jane Walters is a Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist providing hearing aids, hearing tests, and other audiology services in Salisbury, NC.
Jane Walters originally of Banner Elk NC and Albemarle NC received her Oto-tech Certificate in 2005, her NC Hearing Aid Dispensing License in 2007. Mrs. Walters obtained her National Board Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences in 2008. Mrs. Walters worked at Carolina ENT Specialists and Charlotte Eye Ear Nose and Throat prior to joining Hearing Solutions in March 2017. Mrs. Walters and her husband Greg reside in Concord, NC with their Boston Terrier, Stella. The Walters have 2 adult married children and 4 precious grandchildren.

Cheryl Keene is a Hearing Instrument Specialist providing hearing aids, hearing tests, and other audiology services in Salisbury, NC.
Cheryl Keene received her training and certification through the NC Association of Hearing Care Professionals in 2011 and her NC State Board License in 2012. Cheryl worked for Northeast Ear, Nose and Throat Center in Kannapolis, NC for 11 years before joining Hearing Solutions in April 2021. She and her husband live in Kannapolis, NC. They have 2 adult daughters and 3 beautiful grandchildren.

Jamie Webb

Patient Care Coordinator

Jamie Webb received her Bachelor of Art in Communications in 1996 and her Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management in 1998. Jamie obtained her RHIA (Registered Health Information Administrator) certification in October of 1998. Jamie works part-time assisting at the front desk, scheduling patients, answering the phone, working check-in/check-out and completing reminder calls. She joins us with first-hand experience of the effects that hearing loss has on the family dynamics, as her mother currently uses hearing technology. Jamie is originally from Williamston, NC but currently resides in Salisbury with her husband John and their children Sutton and Lucas.

Diane Pullium

Patient Care Coordinator

Diane Pullium moved to North Carolina in 1980. She has been working in the medical field since 1988 in several different capacities ranging from front desk to office manager. Twenty years of her medical experience was spent working for ENT physicians most recently Novant Health Pinnacle Ear Nose Throat & Allergy. Her responsibilities include insurance verification, billing and scheduling. Diane and her husband Wayne live at Badin Lake. The Pulliums have three adult married children and six wonderful grandchildren.
