Hard to believe the holiday season is quickly approaching. November is always a time to pause for Thanksgiving. It has been a family tradition in my home, ever since my boys were young that we say a blessing before we eat dinner together then go around the table saying what we are thankful for on that day. It is easy to let the days pass without pausing as we have so much to truly be thankful for. We are always thankful for our health, traveling about town and coming back together to share a meal. We may also be thankful for the weather, either sunshine or maybe needed rain. We also may be thankful for seeing/talking to someone we haven’t seen/talked to in a long time. Nonetheless, we pause daily to give thanks.
I know I can speak for Jane, Cheryl, Jamie and Diane when I say we are all thankful for being part of the community. We are thankful for those who have chosen us to assist them with their hearing needs. We are thankful to have developed so many friendships as we keep our folks engaged with their family and friends. We are thankful when the phone rings or when you walk through the door. I am thankful for YOU while you take a few minutes to read this article and hopefully others I write every month for this wonderful Senior Savvy newspaper.
We are thankful for the physicians in the area that appreciate our professionalism and understand our passion to provide the very best hearing healthcare by referring their patients to us. They know we do our best to follow best practices to ensure that everyone receives a complete, thorough diagnostic evaluation from ear to brain. They know we are continuously learning and refining our processes so their patients experience the best hearing they possibly can.
We are thankful for our patients who refer their friends and family members to us. By sharing their stories, talking about their experience makes the process of an appointment not so scary. When they walk through the door, they always know us. They know what to expect, they know the process. The best compliment we can receive is a referral of a friend or family member.
We are also thankful to our patients who take the time to share their experience working with us by writing a review. Their words are shared on our website, Facebook or Google. I wanted to share with you a few reviews we recently received…it says it all.
I was depressed when told I would have to have “new ears”! Everyone at Hearing Solutions in Salisbury made me feel so comfortable, so compassionate, I felt like they cared, they showed they did! This group are all so wonderful..!!! Each Lady I have spoken with or had conferences with have been Super Nice, Kind Spoken. If you are feeling you need to get your hearing checked, I Highly recommend this group!
